Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch non-customised orders within 1-2 working days. For customised orders, it can take up to 3 weeks for print and delivery. We will keep you updated on the status through-out your order.
If you are ordering customised and non-customised items, we will dispatch them together once the customised items are ready. If you would like to receive the non-customised items first, please place separate orders.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and quantity. We will refund the item once we have received it. Returns for customised items are not accepted unless the item is faulty, all designs will be confirmed prior to printing.

How do I upload my customisation?
After you purchase your items you will be be asked to upload your desired customisation. The order will not process until customisation is uploaded and will show is 'Pending' until order customisations have been confirmed.
What can I customise?
You can customise the colour and decals (or both). To get custom prints select customise your item and after check out you can upload your logo or a design you wish to print on your item. To customise your colour you will be ask to provide the HEX code of the colour you wish to be printed on ur item.
What images should I upload for custom prints?
The image you upload can be as simple as just your logo and we will print it on the center of the bag, or you can specify the location you wish for it to be printed. Otherwise, you can send us a detailed decal and specify how you would like it to be printed.
